undeveloped plot for sale against highest bid, Am Sonnenbichl 4

The market town of Hohenwart hereby announces that an undeveloped plot of land (Am Sonnbichl 4) in the Kerschberg II development area is being advertised for sale against the highest bid. The plot is located near the center of Hohenwart as well as the school and kindergarten/crèche. The plot has an area of 534 square meters. The exact location of the plot can be obtained from the municipal administration. A site plan is attached.
On 30.06.2025, the bids will be opened in the non-public municipal council meeting and the plot will be awarded. Bids must be submitted to the town hall by Monday 30.06.2025 at 12:00 noon at the latest. Please send the bid in a sealed envelope with the inscription "Angebot zur Bauplatzvergabe Kerschberg II" to Markt Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.
The auction will follow the principle of the highest bid. The highest bidder will be awarded the lot if the bid reaches the minimum price of 268,785 euros. The property will be sold as seen and without any guarantee.
If the highest bidder has not signed the purchase contract within 30 days of the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the plot to the second highest bidder. After the sale of the plot, construction must begin within 5 years and completion must be no later than 8 years after the date of sale.
The municipality reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender without giving reasons.
