The building is located near the Zwergbach stream in an area designated as a flood zone according to the authorities. However, during the last exceptionally heavy rainfall in 2023, there was no damage or water ingress into the apartments despite flooding of the parking lot and courtyard. The elevated location and the planned structural precautions (including drainage and waterproofing) offer good protection against future events.
