The apartment is very central.
The rent is all-inclusive, only electricity and internet are extra.
There is a second room one floor up, which is already rented by the other tenant and will stay for the time being. The room for rent is accessible without stairs, at the level of the entrance, the kitchen and the terrace.
Non-smokers only, please. The other tenant is a male trainee, 25 years old, quiet and very tidy.
He prefers a male roommate, but in terms of the AGG, this is difficult to emphasize.
He attaches great importance to cleanliness, especially in the kitchen.

We are looking for a new male resident up to 27 years old.
There is an option to rent the entire apartment as soon as the roommate moves out.
In 2025, a hybrid heating system is to be installed for the entire residential complex (acquisition costs are only for me, the landlord), which should reduce the heating costs somewhat in the future.
The rental could also start from 19.5.25, and from 1.6.25 at the latest
