The house is heated by an oil heating system from 2013 and the living room can also be heated by the fireplace, which not only spreads a cozy warmth, but also gives the room a cozy atmosphere.

This line is currently being electrified and this will improve the connection to Hamburg with the new S5/S21 line with increased frequency. Quickborn-Süd station has a Park & Ride parking lot.
The A7 motorway is an 8-minute drive away.
You can reach Hamburg city center in around 40 minutes by car via Bundesstraße 4.
Stores for daily needs such as grocery stores, pharmacies, drugstores. Bakeries, bank branches, restaurants, cafés and cinemas are located within a radius of 1.6 km.
Primary, secondary and grammar schools are within walking distance.
Quickborn is surrounded by meadows, pastures, forests and the Himmelmoor, a wonderful local recreation area. The 605-hectare raised bog is ideal for immersing yourself in nature and broadening your horizons in the truest sense of the word. The moor can be explored on many paths between endless expanses of water.
There are also several renowned golf courses nearby.
