Furnished, stylish 2-room apartment with loggia view of the countryside

Bright, charming, and quietly located apartment in a historic building, featuring a balcony (with a view of greenery) and a bathtub, located very close to the Virchow Clinic. This lovingly furnished and light-filled apartment is well-designed and fully furnished. The apartment includes everything needed for a stylish stay for one or two people. Naturally, it includes a Smart TV, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner. We are happy to provide not only towels but also bed linen. The apartment features a comfortable living room with antique furniture, a bay window with a desk and a Smart flat-screen TV, and a spacious kitchen with good appliances (many appliances and items from WMF). In the bedroom, you will find a large 140x200 cm bed with a high-quality mattress (Tempur), as well as ample storage space and generous closet space for your clothes. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window. It is not possible for neighbors to see into the apartment from either side – the view is of green trees. Operating costs, heating costs, and electricity are charged as a flat rate of 260 EUR (for normal consumption). The cost of internet (100 MBit) can be added separately if needed (it is already connected and available). It may also be possible to move in later, around mid-November or December 1, 2026.

The Sprengl Kiez offers numerous lively cafés, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities, cultural venues and a pharmacy are all within walking distance.
Despite its quiet location, the apartment is very well connected to public transport. Both the U6 underground line and streetcar 13 are just a few minutes' walk away. You can cycle along the river to Berlin Central Station in about 10 minutes. Parks in the immediate vicinity offer further recreational space.
