Building plot near the Baltic Sea

The plot is undeveloped. It can be built on on the basis of an inner-area bylaw adopted in 2021 in accordance with Section 34. According to this, a larger 1 ½-storey residential building or two units for vacation purposes are possible, for example. The idyllic plot is located on the edge of the village with an unobstructed view over the fields. Access and utilities are located on the plot (not yet on the future building site).

The plot on the outskirts of the village is located on a narrow side road with little traffic in the Brünkendorf district of Marlow. The property is surrounded by nature and trees and offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields.
The beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Neuhaus can be reached in around 22 minutes by car. The Saaler Bodden, with the harbor of Ribnitz, the bird park Marlow, canoe rental on the Recknitz 10 min.
This is the penultimate plot on the side street, which can only be built on one side. The two neighboring detached houses are part of the grown village structure and are surrounded by beautiful greenery.
