Information on equipment

The property was completely renovated between 1995 and 1996. An additional stone façade was installed behind the half-timbered façade, creating a thick layer of insulation that keeps the house pleasantly cool in summer and reduces heating costs in winter. The house is used by us as a weekend home, is fully equipped (kitchen, furniture etc.) and can be reached by regional train from Berlin to the nearby Breddin station in approx. 1 hour 20 minutes (Park & Ride). There is a bus connection to the village itself.
Some families who work in Berlin live in the area, and the train connection makes this an alternative to using the car.

Location

The property is located near Havelberg. A minimum of mobility is ensured thanks to the bus stop 100 m away. However, it would be very useful to have your own car. There are several shopping facilities and schools further away. There is good medical care and various recreational and bathing facilities in the surrounding area.
