Building history:

Technical details:
The exterior walls of the old building were insulated in 1993, consisting of double-shell brickwork with a 5 cm air layer, 6 cm insulation layer and water-repellent exterior plaster. The exterior walls of the new building consist of 30 cm thick aerated concrete blocks, plastered with Hebel exterior plaster. The roof truss of the old building was completely demolished in 1989 and rebuilt with 140 mm mineral fiber board insulation and double-layer plasterboard cladding. The balcony is fitted with stainless steel and laminated safety glass railings.
Further features include insulated glazing on the windows, a satellite reception system with an 80 cm mirror and a new condensing boiler heating system (2015) with LAS chimney and 120-liter hot water tank.
