The large residential building is located in the center of Ötigheim. It currently consists of a residential unit with two functional units and a large attached outbuilding. The existing building fabric is excellent. All walls are of solid construction. The cellars are dry. The garden is optimally oriented towards the sun.
The development can be designed in a variety of ways due to a small private road. There is space for up to 4 car parking spaces, one of which is in a converted garage.
