71229 Leonberg – Baden-WürttembergWe expect to sell our mid-terrace house in Leonberg-Ramtel from fall/winter 2025. We have felt very comfortable there for many years, but are now moving for space reasons.
The house is ideal for one to three people, but with a few adaptations it can also be lived in by four people.
The wooden stairs, the wood-burning stove and the bright atmosphere give the house a special charm. The garden and the proximity to the forest invite you to relax.
The property is heated by a central low-temperature oil heating system and a wood-burning stove. Both can continue to be operated.
The living room has spruce parquet flooring. The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The upper floor has a cork floor.
The house is well maintained, but could do with freshening up in some places. There is no immediate need for renovation.

Location
The house is in a quiet location close to woods and fields and is also well connected. It is close to two bus stops (five minutes on foot), a supermarket (three minutes) and a cinema and leisure center (five minutes). A primary and comprehensive school and two kindergartens are also within walking distance.
There are bus connections to Stuttgart city center, among other places. Leonberg also has highway access (A8/A81) and an S-Bahn stop.
There is a public parking lot about a three-minute walk away, where you can park for free. About a five-minute walk away, the city offers rental parking spaces for 45 euros per month.
