Local recreational areas and swimming pools such as the Arriba adventure pool or the Kiwittsmoor natural pool are on the doorstep, so to speak, and additional shopping facilities, all types of schools, restaurants, sports facilities, DIY stores, etc. can be reached quickly and easily in the immediate vicinity. Drivers of electric vehicles will find the nearest public charging stations 250 meters away and various others in a similar distance.

In my opinion, this apartment is something special and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and, above all, show you the property on site. A home like this has to feel right, no picture or 360° tour can convey that, you can only feel it on site.
It probably goes without saying that the price is a matter for negotiation within a reasonable range. If you are of the opinion that it is not, then I wish you every success in your search for the right property.
Put in a positive way: If you have a good feeling, if the spark has been ignited, you know roughly what we're talking about and then we'll find a solution - deal? Because if you rent, you only lose your money, month after month after month. Those who invest in property, on the other hand, trust the hardest currency in the world and do it right (in my opinion).
This apartment was originally designed for a single person. However, it is just as suitable for a couple, other communities and even for children, as it can easily be changed again if circumstances change - nothing is set in stone here!
If this appeals to you, you can also turn it into a rental property, I think the possible uses are very diverse.
