The house is in a prime location and dates back to 1910 and consists of a total of 3 apartments. It has been extensively renovated in recent years. The roof was completely insulated with hemp in 2006/2007 and re-roofed with plain tiles. In 2012, the façade was completely insulated with Gutex wood fiber and replastered. The fantastic attic apartment was completely renovated at the same time. Great attention to detail was paid here. Exposed brick walls, solid wood cladding, all plaster based on lime, balcony extension, etc. The water and sewage pipes, as well as the power lines, were newly laid.
