Comfort is ensured by upscale furnishings with ceramic tile floors (60x60cm) with underfloor heating, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, double-glazed aluminum windows and large aluminum sliding glass doors with thermal insulation and electric exterior blinds. The south-facing terrace is sheltered from the wind and sun and equipped with an electric awning.The 2KW solar system with 6KW battery storage provides additional energy. This can be used either to generate hot water or electricity without feeding it into the grid. Connections for charging an electric vehicle are also available and can be controlled via SMARTHOME. Intelligent automatic control of the energy balance is installed.
