65366 Geisenheim – HessenThe room is on the 1st floor, directly opposite the kitchen. It is furnished with everything you can see in the photo. There is also another shelf. Helena only takes the desk chair, the curtains and the clothes rail back with her. Roller blinds provide sufficient darkening, and an exposed ceiling beam gives the room a cozy touch.
Another room will be available from 01.06.
The apartment is spread over two floors, which makes for a pleasant layout. There are two separate WCs and a large bathroom with shower. We also have a living room - so there's enough space even if there are several people. We also have a garden where you can let off steam. When it's hot in summer, our air conditioning will keep you cool!!!

Information on equipment
You will have 4 roommates. Melina, 22, and Fleur, 22, are both studying landscape architecture at HGU. Sophie, 29, is a freelancer in the IT sector. Eri, 19, unfortunately won't be with us for much longer. She is Japanese and is studying Business Administration at EBS for 1 year and is unfortunately leaving the shared flat in June. Her room will be available from June, so you will be able to decide for yourself who else will be joining us :)
Music plays a big role here. So if you also like singing, dancing or just listening to music, you're in good hands with us. We've already spent a few jam sessions and just dance evenings together in our living room💃🎵
Nevertheless, we are a quiet flat share, but we like to do things together. You can always find someone in the kitchen to chat, go for a walk, have a coffee or even go to Musizieren☺️.
To keep the house tidy, we have a rotating cleaning schedule :)
Location
The house is located in the old town center of Geisenheim and is therefore very conveniently located. The train station and bus routes are within walking distance. The university is less than ten minutes away by bike. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also very easy to reach on foot.
Free parking spaces are available on the street in front of the building.

The additional costs are already included in the costs. A limited rental period (by semester) is also possible.
From June 1st, another room will be available in the same shared flat under the same conditions.
