The well-kept house in a preferred location in Kühlungsborn Ost was ready for occupancy in 1979 and is still occupied by the second generation. Over the years, all possible and necessary measures for care and maintenance have always been taken. In 2013, the house underwent a major refurbishment in order to maintain a high and contemporary standard of living. The refurbishment included triple glazing throughout the house, electrical installation, water and sewage in the upper area, floors with underfloor heating (only in the upper area), bathrooms with upscale fittings, a modern façade and a new bitumen roof. In the basement there is a self-contained granny apartment with separate access. The outdoor area is very well maintained with a small garden, courtyard with carport for sitting, storing or hanging laundry and a massive workshop for large or small hobbies. A garage with electric sectional door and three parking spaces complete the exterior. The main energy source is gas. An energy certificate is available.

The coastal town of Kühlungsborn is the largest Baltic seaside resort on the Mecklenburg Baltic coast.
