A new fitted kitchen (with stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and washing machine) and a dining table at which the residents have space is available. The new bathroom has a rain shower and WC.
A private cellar offers enough space to store bicycles.
There is a large garden which can be used for barbecues, etc. Equipment can be stored in the shed in the garden.
There is a parking lot in front of the house.

Centrally located in VS-Schwenningen with good connections to the public transport network. Stores for daily needs (discounters: Aldi, Norma etc.) are in the immediate vicinity.
The BA and FH are about a 10-minute walk away, the police academy is about a 15-minute walk away. The city center and the city park are a 5-minute walk away.
