This fully furnished 4-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a total area of 80 square meters. The room for rent (approximately 16 square meters) is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk/chair, and lighting.

The dining room features a dining table (120 cm, expandable to 180 cm) with 4 chairs. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a spacious sun terrace with a view of the greenery. A fitted kitchen, including electrical appliances, is available for your use. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and parquet floors (except for the bathroom and kitchen). Additionally, a washing machine is available in the basement.

The two residents are employed. Each has their own private space and respects the boundaries of the others. Although everyone leads their own life, there are also enjoyable moments of togetherness: shared dinners, games, cooking, or movie nights create a sense of community. However, there is no obligation to always participate.
