You live near a beautiful nature reserve with good connections to the city and the highway. Very suitable for sports enthusiasts who enjoy outdoor sports or simply want to enjoy nature. But you can also get to the surrounding towns (Stuttgart, Herrenberg) just as quickly, for which a car would be an advantage.
