The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The building has a central oil heating system, with additional solar panels on the roof.
Cold rent: €1,100 per month.
Parking space: plus €35 per month.
Utilities: approximately €190 per month (for 2 people).

- Electricity, telephone, and internet costs are not included. The apartment has a separate fiber optic connection.
We are looking for a trustworthy tenant, as we also live in the building. We would prefer applicants over 40/50, as all the residents are between 40 and 80 years old. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment (there are already 3 dogs living in the building, so a love for animals is appreciated). The apartment is also not suitable for families or those planning to start one, and we are only accepting applications from those who can afford to pay for the apartment themselves.
