Chalet on the campsite In de Bongerd in NL-Oostkapelle

The chalet, built in 2021, is a 44 square meter model with living/dining area, fully equipped fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2nd separate shower, 2nd separate toilet and a large terrace with roof, weatherproof seating area and a Weber grill.

In the master bedroom there is a franz. Double bed 160x200cm with closet and access to the private bathroom with shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and use the 2nd shower and 2nd toilet.

The living room has a TV, WiFi box for internet, comfortable corner couch, dining area, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. Hot water comes from a gas boiler, for the cold days there are electric radiators in every room.

In the inventory list you will find all the things that belong to the chalet and are included in the sale. TV and internet are available via cable connection.

The windows are double-glazed, all have a light-proof sun blind and curtains.
The chalet has a size of 11x4 meters, is completely underbuilt with supports, the parking space has approx. 180 square meters including parking space for one car.
For frosty days in winter, a heating system is installed for the water pipes, which automatically protects the pipes from frost.
Electricity, gas and water are billed via separate meters.
