I am offering a long-term rental of an apartment in Bystřice nad Perštejnem, with a total area of 55m². This is a 3-room apartment with a kitchenette. The apartment is located on the first floor of a brick building. The layout is as follows: from the hallway, you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a spacious kitchen unit and a combined stove. From there, you have access to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Behind the building, there is a shared courtyard that can be used for relaxation, seating, or barbecuing, and there is also a garden shed for storing items such as bicycles. Parking is readily available in front of the building.

The building is connected to all utilities – electricity, gas, public water supply, and sewage. Heating and hot water are provided by a Baxi condensing gas boiler. The apartment has connections for cable television and high-speed internet – the tenant is responsible for setting these up.

The apartment is located near the town square, and you will find all necessary amenities in the surrounding area (kindergarten, elementary school, shops).

I require non-smokers (smoking is allowed in the courtyard) and no large pets. The lease is for an indefinite period.

The monthly rent is 15,000 CZK, plus utility costs of 3,000 CZK for two people (gas, water, and electricity). A refundable security deposit of 30,000 CZK is required. The move-in date is November 1, 2026.
