Dorfstraße 20, 17379 Heinrichswalde – Mecklenburg-VorpommernFirst of all, the reason for the sale: the parents of the current owners passed away some time ago and now they want to part with this house.
It is a very well renovated semi-detached house in MV on a very nice plot. The main house and several outbuildings are located on this plot. (see also the attached floor plan / view drawings) on the rear property is still a pond with seating / pavilion.
The house has been insulated and re-plastered, the cornice boxes have been renewed, new guttering has been installed, a new bathroom - suitable for the disabled - has been built, new flooring has been laid (tiles or parquet) and the interior doors have been replaced to a high standard. All windows were renewed and fitted with external blinds. The power lines were renewed and a modern main fuse box was installed. It is important to note that the house has a fieldstone foundation! (No moisture from the outside possible), there is a cellar room, the house is heated (from the Buderus oil heating system located in the outbuilding), in this solidly built outbuilding are as shown; the boiler room, a garage, a storage room (with washing machine connection) and a workshop housed, as well as a converted guest room. It should also be mentioned that the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. On the 2,518 m² plot, which is completely fenced in, there are several sheds in addition to the aforementioned massive outbuilding.
As shown, the first floor with its living space of approx. 90 m² has been completely renovated. Some work still needs to be carried out on the upper floor. To date, these rooms on the upper floor have been used as sleeping accommodation for visitors. There is also a bathroom there. There are still some furnishings in the house. These will remain in the house, if desired - free of charge - or they will be disposed of. I have certainly forgotten a few things, but I think I have presented the essentials objectively. I am a good acquaintance of the owners and am helping with the sale of this house as the owners do not live locally.
