A storage box is rented within an approximately 150 m long and 12 m high listed building on the site of the former Ewald colliery in Herten-Süd.

The following sizes are available:

Floor plan "S" approx. 75 M2 => EUR 500
Floor plan "M" approx. 150 M2 => EUR 950
Floor plan "L" approx. 225 M2 => EUR 1,400

This is a flat-rate rent incl. ancillary costs plus VAT. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The storage box is fenced off with a 2.60 m high bar fence and is open at the top. The lockable area per storage box is approx. 55 M2 + approx. 20 M2 personal loading zone ("S"), approx. 110 M2 + approx. 40 M2 pers. loading zone ("M") or approx. 165 M2 + approx. 60 M2 pers. loading zone.

The extensive industrial estate of the former Ewald colliery has its own connection to the public transport network and can be reached quickly via the BAB 2, 42 and 43. A cozy bakery is located directly on the site. The city center and supermarket are just a few minutes away.
