Our beautiful penthouse apartment is located on the 16th floor of the "Schillerteichcenter" residential park. The apartment is located in entrance 24.
Also in entrance 24 is the newly renovated swimming pool and a sauna, easily accessible by bathrobe and elevator. There are 2 balconies with breathtaking views across the Schillerteich towards Nordsteimke. The balcony on the opposite side looks out over Wolfsburg city center, the VW plant, Autostadt and the sports facilities of the Volkswagen Arena.
The Schillerteichcenter also offers a club room, a sun terrace by the swimming pool and a separate storage room for bicycles. In the lower part of the building there is a dance school, an underground parking garage and plenty of outdoor parking spaces within easy walking distance. The residents of the Schillerteichcenter make a nice, safe community. The walls of the apartments are extremely soundproof and very well insulated, resulting in very low heat consumption. The large balcony off the living room faces south. Upon entering the apartment, you immediately sense a sublime ambience. From the Schillerteichcenter you can take a direct route to Vorsfelde, Reislingen, Nordsteimke, Tiergartenbreite and the castle.
