Sale of building plots in the "Am Sonnenbach" development area in Selters (Westerwald)

On the outskirts of the small town of Selters in the Westerwald, a total of 55 building plots ranging in size from 190 to 690 square meters are available in the "Am Sonnenbach" development area. There are plots for terraced houses, detached houses and semi-detached houses. The purchase price is between € 164 and € 196/m2. The area is fully developed, even with a cold local heating network.

Each building owner must also contractually ensure rainwater retention themselves with a system that can store six cubic meters of water.

The weekly market, the cultural offerings and the neighborhood management are considered special features. The A3 between Cologne and Frankfurt and the A45 are within easy reach, as is the ICE train station in Montabaur. Selters is located in a rural setting with lots of woodland.
