Our residential building is located in Elberfeld, in a quiet location close to the city, just north of Elberfeld town hall.
With its ornate facades and inner courtyards from the Wilhelminian era, it is extremely popular with artists and students.
You need about 7 minutes to walk to the city center and about 15 minutes to the train station.
If you want to go to the UNI, there is a bus to the Max-Horkheimer Strasse canteen stop.
The Bayer AG pharmaceutical research center can be reached by bus line 613 in 15 minutes without changing buses.
The Bayer plant on Friedrich-Ebert Strasse is easy to reach with the Wuppertal suspension railroad.
The St. Josef hospital on Bergstrasse and the Agaplesion Bethesda hospital on Hainstrasse are just a few minutes' walk away.
The Nordbahntrasse is particularly worth a walk in fine weather.
Ideal for jogging, inline skating or cycling, it is just a few minutes' walk away, as it has over 23 km of almost gradient-free footpath and cycle path, which is the exception rather than the rule in Wuppertal.
The Nordbahntrasse therefore makes the location even more attractive. There is an access point for cyclists and pedestrians at Mirker Bahnhof and Unterer Dorrenberg.

The rent for the cozy, fully furnished 3-room apartment is € 957 per month including utilities/operating costs and WLAN. (Basic rent 805€ + 152€ service charges for one person).
Your energy costs for heating, electricity and water are not included in the rent, as the consumption costs for these are recorded via your own meter.
For one person, the energy costs are approx. 230€, which would have to be added to the rent of 957€ (1,187€ in total).
The advance consumption payments are to be transferred monthly to the energy company or together with the rent at the beginning of the month.
The minimum rental period is 6 months, after this period the contract can be continued indefinitely with legal notice.
A deposit of €2000 is required as security after the contract is signed.
An obligatory final cleaning is charged from 85€ according to time and effort with 35€ per hour.

A parking space in an adjacent underground garage costs 70€ per month.
