We are renting out an apartment with 89 square meters of living space, featuring 2 bedrooms, a guest toilet, and a balcony. The apartment has underfloor heating. From the balcony, you can access the garden that belongs to the apartment. The building is located directly next to a nature reserve, which naturally enhances the quality of life.
The apartment is available for occupancy starting July 1, 2026. We are renting the apartment in an unrenovated condition, so that no further renovations will be required upon moving out. You can customize the apartment to your personal preferences upon moving in. For an additional €40, a parking space on the property can be rented, subject to availability. The security deposit is €3,600 and must be transferred by you to a dedicated security account of ours before moving in.
For the viewing appointment, we would like to see a current Schufa report (original document, no older than 3 months) and the last 3 pay slips of the prospective tenant(s).
