It is an architecturally successful property located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall. Various apartment types have been created in this building following a core refurbishment in 2015.

Surrounded and framed by numerous green plants, the detached property with its own plot is absolutely tenant-oriented; of course, each tenant has 1 parking space on the property. Each tenant also has their own large cellar room; there is a covered area for bicycles on the premises.

Thermal insulation plaster has been applied to the exterior and new windows have been installed (triple glazing/thermal insulation value: 0.84). The windows are of course not of standard dimensions and, due to their oversize, allow so much daylight into the units that the rooms on each floor are flooded with light. In addition, all apartments in the basement have roller blinds from the outside.
All apartments were also equipped with additional balconies to the existing ones; the daylight-bright basement apartments have huge terraces with large cuboids, as the areas were sloped over 2 m deep to create ground-level apartments.

The ceilings and walls of all apartments are treated with plastering techniques and have a pure white finish. The floors/walls in the bathrooms and guest WC are modern and functional; tiles in gray and elements in white, fittings in stainless steel. Naturally, all bathrooms are equipped ready for use (mirrors, lamps, cupboards, etc.). The kitchen mirrors are tiled in ecru. The floors in the apartments are laid out in high-quality contract material and harmonize with the tiles in the bathrooms. The room doors are white with stainless steel handles, as are the apartment entrance doors, which are soundproofed. All door frames are kept simple and accentuated in color.

Each residential unit impresses with unusual room layouts and the no longer contemporary, neglected kitchen solutions have been integrated into open-plan living concepts.

The property is privately maintained and therefore guarantees a gleaming appearance at all times.
