There is currently a stair lift installed between the upper floor and the basement (i.e. over 2 floors), which we will remove when it is not needed.
Location
The immediate surroundings in the quiet residential area south of the Mühlweiher pond in the market town of Weisendorf consist mainly of detached and semi-detached houses inhabited by families. The residential buildings in this area are accessed via cul-de-sacs without through traffic.
A kindergarten is approx. 200m away and the primary and secondary schools are approx. 600m away on foot. Shopping facilities are also nearby (supermarket with bakery and discount store approx. 500m away, bakery and butcher less than 1km away). There is also a general practitioner's surgery within this distance. Weisendorf is also home to several dental practices, a pharmacy and several physiotherapy practices.
Erlangen, Herzogenaurach and Höchstadt can be reached by public transport.
