Building plot suitable for a single-family or multi-family house, located at Gosemark 21.

The city of Fröndenberg/Ruhr is offering a building plot for sale in the Dellwig district, within the "Gosemark II" development area. The plot, measuring 832 m², can, according to the development plan, be used to construct a multi-family dwelling, either as a single-family or a duplex house, with a maximum of two stories. The allocation of the plot will be based on a bidding process. The highest bid will be selected. In the event of a tie, the number of dependent minor children residing in the bidder's household will be the deciding factor. The bidder with the highest number of children will be selected; in the case of a further tie, a lottery will be held. The minimum price for the fully developed plot is €232,960.00. Applications can be submitted until September 8, 2026, at 23:59. The signed and fully completed application form (available for download) must be received by this deadline. Applications received after this time will not be considered. Application forms can only be submitted via email. The email must be sent to the following address: stadt(at)froendenberg.de. Application forms submitted through email addresses other than the designated one cannot be considered. During the application period, no information will be provided, such as the number of applications received. It is sufficient to submit only one application form. In the case of duplicate applications, only the most recent one will be considered. Development costs are included in the purchase price. Notary fees and other related costs (such as property transfer tax, land registry fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. The contract includes a right of rescission for the city of Fröndenberg/Ruhr, allowing them to terminate the purchase agreement if the individuals acquiring the property do not construct a habitable dwelling within 36 months of the notarization, or if they sell the property in an undeveloped or uninhabitable state without the city's permission. The allocation and subsequent sale will only be to private individuals. The city council of Fröndenberg/Ruhr will ultimately make the decision regarding the sale of the property.

The town of Fröndenberg/Ruhr with around 21,000 inhabitants is located in the south of the district of Unna on the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railroad lines and on the Dortmund-Kassel highway. The river terraces to the right of the Ruhr and the heights of the western Haarstranges characterize its surface design. The Ruhr valley forms the end of the lower Sauerland. It rises about 120 m to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the urban area extends into the Hellwegbörde.
The proximity to the Ruhrtal cycle path and the adjacent nature conservation areas are ideal for excursions.
