When the weather is nice, there is a large covered terrace for eating, reading or just chilling out. The property is enclosed by hedges and a fence. This makes it possible for dog owners to let their dogs run free. The cottage has been gradually furnished with new furniture/kitchen and couch over the last 3 years. The sale includes the equipment, the TV, the garden furniture and the gas barbecue.

For active days, you can explore the fantastic nature park by bike. It is possible to explore the lake by boat + electric motor. (If required, a place can be leased via a jetty community - depending on availability, of course).
