The kitchen island with seating and work area is equipped with retractable sockets including USB charging function and is therefore also ideal as a laptop workstation. The Schöneberg apartment has a high-speed fiber optic connection with 500 Mbit/s with FritzBox WLAN and thus offers optimal home office conditions. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed in hotel quality (firmness level H2/H3) ensures excellent sleeping comfort and the 50-inch Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for the corresponding evening TV entertainment. In addition, the apartment has a small lounge area with armchair, side table with wine glass holder and a récamiere with bed function (90 x 200cm) including spring core, which also provides optimal sleeping comfort for a third person (the rental price includes additional costs for 1 person, please note additional information). In the spacious Pax closet with mirrored glass front you will find enough space for your wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer. Alternatively, laundry can be dried in the shared utility room in the basement of the building. There is also storage space for your bicycle.
