The property consists of a large, bright open plan living room, a separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom with spacious shower on the first floor. Two terraces, one covered and the other with a large parasol, invite you to linger.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a veranda.
The garden of almost 400 square meters is completely fenced and surrounded by jasmine and bougainvillea. An automatic irrigation system ensures that it is green and blooming all year round. The cistern holds 1,500 liters. The beach can be reached on foot in approx. 200m.

The true value of this house is in the details. We extensively renovated it in 2023. The entire electrical system is new, as are the water and sewage pipes. The windows are made of plastic with double glazing. The floor is tiled to a high standard. There are sufficient sockets in the house in the Schuko system. The kitchen, which remains in the house, has a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and gas hob. There is an fwa internet connection (fixed wireless access) with 100 mB/s and satellite TV with connections in two rooms.
Our vacation home is fully furnished, crockery, cutlery, bed linen, towels, garden tools, etc. are also included. You don't have to invest an extra penny to use it.
The house complies with the building regulations (not a matter of course), there is a current certificate of habitability (agibilità) and all other necessary documents are available. The purchase can be handled by a German-speaking notary, who can also provide a certified translation of the purchase contract if required. We are happy to help with the registration of electricity and water, garbage and property tax.
Your advantages: You do not run any of the usual risks when buying a house in Italy. You don't have to spend at least six months renovating a house, with incalculable building costs and at least two nervous breakdowns, and you don't have to deal with Italian bureaucracy. Location
Porto Columbu - Perd'è Sali is a small village by the sea, in the neighborhood of Pula, but belongs to the municipality of Sarroch. There is a marina with a café, restaurant, pharmacy and boat rental. There are several beaches (sand and gravel) where you can find a spacious spot even in the high season. The atmosphere is always relaxed. The town itself is rather dreamy and even in summer it is still quiet by Italian standards. The capital Cagliari with Elmas airport is 35 km away and very easy to reach.
