Ostseebad Sellin - Only 800 m to the pier ! Small house seeks new owner

Hello, we would like to sell our beloved vacation home in the beautiful village of Sellin. We have enjoyed it for many, many years, but now the children are grown up, have gone their own ways and our plans are changing. It would be a real shame if this little gem were to continue to get bored ;)

The location to Wilhelmstrasse and the beach at the pier is simply unique.

It is a small house with 2.5 rooms, a shower room and a fitted kitchen with pantry. The total living space is approx. 64 m².

You enter the house on the street side and come into the hallway, which we also used as a sleeping area.

Continue into the kitchen, from there into the living room and on into the bedroom.
The rooms are connecting rooms.

There is a terrace both in front of and behind the house. Here you can have an excellent breakfast in front of the house in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon behind the house.

We have just torn down an old, dilapidated shed. So a lot of new space has been created here.

The house has a simple standard, but is well maintained and very cozy. You simply feel at home there.

It is heated with night storage heating.

The new owner can now convert the house into a beautiful vacation home according to their own taste or perhaps even start something completely new.

We always parked right next to the house, which was the easiest way to load and unload. But of course you can also drive right through to the back of the property.

The house with its 642 sqm garden is located in a quiet side street near the famous Wilhelmstrasse. The property is fenced in, making it particularly suitable for families. The pier and the Baltic Sea beach are 800m away. The forest and the south beach with its wonderful bathing beach are just a few minutes' walk away. It is an ideal starting point for your hikes and bike tours. A bicycle rental is in the immediate vicinity.
The train station of the "Rasenden Roland" is about 600m away and the bus stop 300m from the property. Many restaurants and stores look forward to your visit. The Seepark is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you can visit the island paradise with its wellness area.
There is a playground for our little ones. A stroll through the Seepark is recommended. There is also a movie theater further away.
