The Bayer AG pharmaceutical research center can be reached in 15 minutes by taking bus line 613 without any transfers. The Bayer plant on Friedrich-Ebert Straße is ideally accessible by the Wuppertal suspended railway. The Cellitinnen St. Josef hospital on Bergstraße and the Agaplesion Bethesda hospital on Hainstraße are both within a few minutes' walk. When the weather is nice, it's worth taking a walk along the Nordbahntrasse (former railway line). It's ideal for walking, and within a few minutes.
