We offer a partially furnished room in a shared flat for 7 people in the quiet rear building, which is also very centrally located. The room is bright and spacious and has its own large south-west facing terrace with a mini garden.
Our shared flat has two entrances and two bathrooms. The kitchen and checkroom are in the common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge and ceramic hob.
In the house there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as the possibility to set up a clothes horse.
The inner courtyard/garden can also be used. There is also a bicycle parking space behind the house and the room is available for rent immediately.
