The A 94 motorway, connecting Munich and Passau, can be accessed via the Anzing or Forstinning junctions.
It takes about half an hour to reach the state capital, and just over an hour to reach the mountains. The airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Thanks to the wide range of shops, restaurants, doctors, schools, and kindergartens, your daily life can largely take place on foot or by bicycle.
