If the purchaser is a farmer, everything will go through the normal channels with smooth approval from the agricultural office, notary appointments and handover.
This is intended to prevent agricultural land from being taken out of agriculture by being transferred into private hands.
Conclusion for this property: As this is a real collector's item, the probability that a farmer who does not want to live there will pay the same price as a collector is low. After all, he would also have to buy the buildings if he only wanted the meadows.
