Small house with three rooms and balcony

The small cottage is located in the neighborhood with the main house and has a shared access to the courtyard and house. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and full bathroom as well as a small study. The spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious living room and adjoining balcony with a beautiful distant view. The kitchen is located in another room.

Please understand that we do not want cats or dogs in this house.

Among other things, we expect future tenants to have a permanent job and an adequate net income of three times the basic rent.

Darmstadt-Erzhausen has approx. 8,000 inhabitants with direct access to the metropolis of Frankfurt and the Rhine/Main business location. Erzhausen is connected to Frankfurt and Darmstadt via the S-Bahn lines S3 + S4 (approx. 8 minutes' walk) and to the A661 and A5 highways to the east and west.

Erzhausen offers an optimal supply of retail stores such as: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, drugstore and much more in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore: Kindergarten, school, hotel, doctors, and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Various clubs, a sports field, tennis court and a large sports hall, as well as a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails offer great leisure opportunities.
