Location
The apartment is located in Hanau-Großauheim in the Tiersiedlung, a quiet residential area in Großauheim. There is a gas station nearby, Hanau main station and the highway are 5 minutes away by car, Großauheim itself also has a small train station with free P+R parking, you can get to Frankfurt every hour without changing trains in Hanau main station (with a change in Hanau twice an hour). The infrastructure is excellent: supermarkets, kindergartens, schools (including a girls' secondary school), sports facilities including indoor and outdoor pools.

The internet is very good and very fast, I myself had a 1000 m/bit cable line. The water from the tap is soft and not calcareous, your electrical appliances will be happy. :-)
The apartment is suitable both for owner-occupancy (quiet house, quiet neighbors) and as an investment. 10€/sqm cold rent is possible. The purchase price is calculated in such a way that there is little room for maneuver. Please no inquiries from estate agents.
I really liked living in the apartment myself, but with my partner, who is almost permanently in the home office, we have looked for a larger apartment.
