The "studio" has a large room and a sleeping gallery, as well as a very small room that can be used as a wardrobe/dressing room or as a guest room. Despite the size of the studio, I believe that it is suitable for use by just one person.....

The room in this two-person shared apartment has oak real wood parquet flooring, a new bathroom with window and a new high-quality and modern kitchen including stove, oven and dishwasher. The studio has its own Daikin air conditioning, even though the roof was completely renovated about two years ago, it is pleasant to have air conditioning when temperatures are very high. A new washer-dryer (test winner Siemens) is also available in the apartment. A fully equipped and new kitchen (pots, glasses, porcelain, cutlery etc.) is also part of the apartment. There is also a water filter and decalcification system in the house.

Renting is possible from 01.06.2024 or immediately by arrangement.
