Shared flat life:
It is important to us that there is a harmonious coexistence and that everyone feels comfortable in the shared flat. That's why we try to make sure that you all fit together well in our opinion when selecting applicants.

All rooms are rented out individually, so nobody has the stress of being the main tenant.

Room 1 approx. 13m²: 570€ warm
Room 2 approx. 12m²: 560€ warm
Room 3 approx. 15m²: 585€ warm
Room 4 approx. 10m²: 550€ warm

In principle, a time limit of 6-12 months applies. If required, however, it can be extended without any problems.

Additional amenities:
- Bicycle cellar
- janitor service
- elevator
- shared kitchen/dining room

Of course, we are also happy to issue a landlord's certificate for registration with the city - no problem!

At the end of the tenancy, a final cleaning and user change fee (e.g. name tags) of €150 is due.

Walk from Nuremberg Central Station to the apartment in 1 minute with your suitcase and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
The apartment is therefore easily accessible on foot from any city in Germany

It is located directly in the center between
Nuremberg city center (5 min walk) with the most beautiful cafés, bars, restaurants and stores that Nuremberg has to offer,
The Wöhrder Wiese and the lake (5 min walk), which are considered the most beautiful recreational areas within the city of Nuremberg
And the TU Simon Ohm, as well as the direct connection to the subway network at the main station in all directions and thus to all other universities.
