We live in the property ourselves as owners. A few weeks a year we are not in Düsseldorf and are therefore looking for a reliable, nice couple that we can rely on to look after and maintain the cleanliness of the property. The work is calculated at approx. 15-18 working hours per month and is currently remunerated at a rate of €300.00 per month. (approx. 20,- €/hour) This is a properly registered, part-time job. Any additional work will of course be invoiced and paid. On request and by arrangement, you could also take on additional work (including manual work) in and around Düsseldorf.
Your apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building with only six rented residential units and one owner's apartment.
