There is a bus stop on the doorstep (Sprinti stop) and approx. 500 m from the S-Bahn station in a quiet area, elementary school and kindergarten are approx. 50 to max. 100 meters away. Good shopping facilities in the area such as Aldi, DM, Lidl market and OBI hardware store, to the city center with pedestrian zone about 1 km.
