The residential complex was built in 1968 in solid solid construction. Almost everywhere from the property and the apartment you have a direct and very beautiful view of the green plant world, which brings soothing, relaxing and restful moments for body and mind after a hard day's work. This property with its guaranteed birdsong is therefore ideal for nature and plant lovers, or for a couple in need of peace and quiet who want to get out of a large house after a stressful and exciting working life and spend and enjoy their retirement in a quiet, natural and scenic environment close to the city. But a young family will also find a living environment in the immediate vicinity of the building that could not be better thanks to the "almost no traffic" location. The center of Reutlingen can be reached by car or bicycle in a reasonably short time. In the immediate vicinity, virtually around the corner, there is a bus stop with boarding and connection options to the Reutlingen city bus network. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment at any time, free of charge and without any problems. Our apartment is located in a well-kept 6-family house in the southwest of Reutlingen in the Georgenberg area "Vochezenholz". A pleasant residential area awaits you in the immediate vicinity, from which the pedestrian zone in Reutlingen city center with great stores and excellent shopping facilities can be reached quickly and easily by car or public transport. You will also find several restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, kindergartens, schools, sports clubs and a doctor within walking distance. There are also green spaces and parks as well as the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences. The towns of Metzingen, Tübingen and Mössingen, which are only a few minutes' drive from the property, also offer you an exceptionally good infrastructure. The Stuttgart region and the airport in Leinfelden-Echterdingen can be reached in between 25 and 35 minutes by car, depending on the traffic situation. The university town of Tübingen is only a few minutes' drive from Reutlingen in the beautiful Neckar valley if you take the city highway. Visitors to Reutlingen first admire its charming location: the town on the Achalm is picturesquely nestled in one of the most beautiful regions of the Swabian Alb.
