The edge of the forest, where numerous hiking trails begin, is a 3-minute walk away.
A local shopping center with a newly built REWE, Aldi and Lidl stores, DM drugstore, pharmacy and a delicatessen and vegetable store are also just a 10-minute walk away, as are a kindergarten and crèche.

The two S-Bahn stations and the picturesque Neckargemünder old town are on the other side of the Neckar and are also within easy walking distance.
