Hattstedt, in the district of Nordfriesland, is approx. 5 km from Husum.
The property is strategically located on the Bundestrasse 5, which runs through the village and is well frequented as a connecting road between Husum and the islands of Amrum, Föhr and Sylt.
Directly in front of the house is the bus stop with several daily connections between Husum and Niebüll.
If parking is required, this can be arranged by prior arrangement.
The infrastructure in Hattstedt is very good. A pharmacy, doctor, bank branch, post office, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, petrol station, butcher's and fishmonger's are just as well established in Hattstedt as the elementary school and daycare centers.
However, there is certainly still plenty of room for improvement! Hattstedt definitely has potential in this respect.
