The garden house is located at the rear of the property. Access is via a driveway past the front house into the courtyard. At the front of the property, the renovated front house stands sheltered from the street. The clinker brick façades of the garden house and side wing were cleaned and refurbished in order to preserve the historic architectural appearance of the original building.

The core refurbishment of the residential ensemble in 2020/2021, which has now been completed, was carried out very carefully and conscientiously.
The aim of the conversion and renovation measures was to bring the existing substance up to modern standards without compromising the homogeneity of the residential complex.

This approach becomes particularly clear when looking at various building elements, such as the newly installed balconies or the views of the original brickwork in various walls.

The water connection in the patio can be used for irrigation. There is also an electricity connection in the patio.
