The house has a full basement with a separate cellar exit; the attic has been converted. Spread over the three floors are around 180 m² of living space (including 25% terrace and balcony) and around 120 m² of usable space (basement and garage as well as storage rooms in the attic). The garden is landscaped with a lawn, many colorful flowers and berry bushes.
The entrance to the house on the first floor is reached via four steps. The bright hallway leads to the guest WC with natural light, the separate checkroom and the large kitchen. The kitchen offers enough space for a seating area and has a serving hatch to the dining room; the door that used to be there can be easily reactivated. Like the hallway, the adjoining hallway area has a marble floor. The shower room with natural light, which was renovated in 2015, the very large bedroom (formerly two separate rooms) and the staircase can be accessed from the hallway. The open-plan living and dining area with access to the terrace and garden extends across the entire western half of the house.
The staircase leads to the converted attic with two bedrooms - one of which has a west-facing balcony - a shower room with skylight, three storage rooms and the hallway with a slide-in staircase to the attic (insulated).
The spacious basement consists of a large party room, a drying room with cellar exit, a storage cellar, the laundry room with shower and hand basin, a guest WC, a small kitchen, a workroom and the boiler room as well as the hallways.
The gas central heating was renewed in 2015. The house is heated via radiators; some rooms in the basement are also heated. The windows on the ground floor and top floor were renewed in 2015/2016 (thermal insulation glazing). They have electrically operated shutters.
The attached garage has an electric sectional door and a door to the garden.
