The rooms in the shared apartments are spread over 2 floors. One floor with 2 residential groups - each with 12 rooms. A further 2 residential groups on the top floor, each with 8 rooms.
The total of 40 rooms with bathrooms are rented out individually as living space. In addition, there are shared rooms such as living and dining rooms with a kitchen area, which are ideal for communal activities.
The small garden area inside the two shared apartments on the upper floor offers the opportunity to linger in the fresh air. The two shared apartments on the top floor, on the other hand, enjoy a wonderfully large roof terrace.
The care required in the shared apartments can be provided individually by nursing staff from an outpatient service. Tenants are free to choose their own care service. A care service is established on site.
